It’s the Truffle Season at Kojo Japanese Restaurant!

A season inspired by an ingredient that has a unique ability to enhance savory and sweet flavors.

New season means new seasonal dishes and for this Truffle season, we are adding five additional items that is sure to bring a whole new gourmet taste experience to your favorite orders.

Truffle Seared Salmon Maki – an original Kojo Maki Sushi that is known for its sophisticated and subtle taste, fuse with our seasonal Truffle Sauce, Soya Wrapper, Plum Sauce, and Avocado.

Truffle Hokkaido Maki – opposite to the taste and feel of Truffle Seared Salmon MakiIt comes a flavor that is sure to be a top favorite this season! This Truffle rendition brings a fully redefine taste that balances the explosiveness of Hokkaido with a subtle taste from the Truffle flavor.

Truffle Yaki Soba – yaki soba noodles topped with high quality beef or chicken, mushrooms, and our seasonal Truffle sauce.

Truffle Fried Rice – our Japanese premium rice mixed with high quality beef, mushrooms and our seasonal Truffle sauce.

Beef & Mushroom Truffle Salad – a mixture of lettuce, mushroom, beef with our seasonal Truffle dressing.
